Climate Curriculum

“The emphasis of climate change education should be on global social justice issues and, in its message, the heart as much as the head should guide what we do in the name of the human family.” Desmond Tutu

1. Adapting to climate change means learning about it from an early age. 2. It means including climate change in the grammar of our everyday life and thinking about the impact of our lives on the people around us. 2. Resilience requires a sense of solidarity, an understanding of climate change: where individuals are not only engaging in the conservation of ecology, but also in understanding equity, and protecting diverse ways of life.
